The management

The management

Since 2021, our management board consists of Joost, Ronald and Dennis. Below, we would like to introduce them to you.

Joost Fiévez – CEO

Joost is an entrepreneur at heart and hails from Breda. Now, he has 20 years of experience in job placement. In 2016, he founded Oak HRM, the first label of the Ik Blink Group. And to answer the ever-changing world, labels continue to be added. Everything to pursue his mission: meaningful work for everyone! Whether you are looking for work, running a business or are one of his colleagues.

''As the son of an entrepreneur, I derive most pleasure from growing the business and people. A client is central but our people are sacred. The greatest capital in them and our flex and secondment workers. I believe in a European labour market where talented employees are helped to start and further develop their careers, in the Netherlands and abroad.''

Dennis Albinus – COO

Dennis has been an entrepreneur with digital roots since 2006. He developed the CPC model for the labour market in Europe. With this, he was named "Most Innovative Entrepreneur" of the Netherlands by KVK. And later in 2011, he was awarded by the US government as a person with Extraordinary Ability in Business (o-1) for a change within the digital landscape in the Netherlands. Since January 2022, he has been committed to Ik Blink Group.

"I deal with operations within our organisation. I enjoy seeing our employees becoming more and more ambassadors of the IkBlink Group. To me, that means we are doing a good job. And that is what I will always work hard for."

Ronald Lith – CFO

Ronald started at a technical secondment company over 20 years ago. Here, he contributed to the growth of this company from his financial role. This is where his love for entrepreneurship and the drive to help organisations grow was born. Ronald has had several finance roles in his career. Always in a context of transformation and innovation. He no longer turns his hand to an M&A project. Ronald worked at companies such as ANWB and Allianz Partners. Halfway through 2021, Ronald made the move from KPMG to the Ik Blink Group.

"Finance as a catalyst of entrepreneurship and change. Always in a context of transformation and innovation. That's what I stand for.''
